Program

Your board of directors has been discussing the annual Christmas party. This year we will be coordinating with the WSC, WDR and any other group that wants to participate in having a Christmas Pot-Luck dinner. The idea is a more social atmosphere than a restaurant. However, due to the facility, there will be some restrictions.

• We will not all fit into one area, so all rooms in WSC will be used.
• Tables will be limited – most likely for food items only.
• Capacity will be limited to the first 50 people that register.
• Each attendee is asked to bring a prepared food item that will feed 8-10 people.
• All food items will be coordinated to ensure we do not end up with many duplicates.
• If you are unable to bring a food item you can pre-pay $15 per person. Payment must be made via e-transfer to reserve your spot. No refunds available. Any remaining funds after the event will be donated to Toy Mountain Manitoba.

We will let you know if we already have too many of your choices. If you will not be bringing food please tell us and we will send you the email address to e-transfer funds to.
